I come from Voghera, a small town in Lombardy

I completed my bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Milan. Straight after, I moved to Wageningen University to pursue a MSc in Food Technology specializing in product design. I graduated with a thesis entitled "Nutritional potential of traditionally processed edible insects". Eventually, after working for a short period at Ferrero I joined the QS group in FEM working on the optimization and development of lactose-free milk products
