I am Raffaello and I live in Udine. I completed my bachelor degree in Food Science and tecnology at University of Udine. My thesis was focused on degradation products obtained from foods of animal origin.
My PhD programme is focused on honey and health of honeybees. Before starting the PhD course I worked at National Research Council about quality of different kinds of foodstuff.
