I am Penghan Zhang and I come from China. I obtained my master's degree in food technology from Gent University and KU Leuven (Belgium) and bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry from Hogeschool Zeeland (Netherlands), participates in this PhD project as an analytical specialist. I work on the development of analytical methods for beverage volatiles profiling, application of two dimensional GC - MS, and the improvement of automatic peak annotation.
