I come from a small village in the Trentino mountains. My previous studies were focused on physics and materials science: I started studying the growth mechanisms of carbon nanotubes and metal oxide nanowires, then I moved on their performance as gas sensors.

I would now like to move on to more application studies, comparing and combining different experimental techniques in order to evaluate the quality of food products.
