PhD Dissertation: "Metabolomics and Transcriptomics: novel approaches to understand resistance in grapevine against Plasmopara viticola".

My PhD project was focused on Grapevine-Plasmopara viticola interaction with the aims to decipher the mechanisms responsible for resistance in vine plants, using metabolomic and transcriptomic approach.
