I come from Villafranca, near Verona.

I completed my bachelor and master degree in Animal Science and Techonologies at University of Padova. My bachelor thesis was about the different behaviour of domestic herbivores at summer pasture.

My research focused on dairy goats; in particular in master thesis I studied the genetic variant of caseins in different breeds reared in Sardinia. During this years of PhD I will study the cow milk microbiota in relation to cheese, dairy technological attitude, farming environment and stress condition.
