My name is DUY and I’m Vietnamese. I graduated with a Master of Science at the International Training Institute for Materials Science, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, under the guidance of Professor. Ph.D. Nguyen Duc Hoa. During my master's studies at ITIMS, I focused on VOCs and highly sensitive toxic gases based on semiconductor metal oxides. I have experience in the Ability to CVD and hydrothermal systems.
I am a Ph.D. student in Electronics Engineering at university in Rome, under the guidance Professor Di Natale and Associate Professor NGUYEN VAN DUY (ITIMS). My project is about using electronic noses to evaluate the quality of agricultural products, titled "smart food. The collaboration among Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM), the University of Tor Vergata (UniTV), and the International Training Institute for Materials Science (ITIMS), Hanoi University of Technology exploit complementary and multidisciplinary competencies that constitute the optimum framework to address the project themes. In the framework of this cooperation, we will focus on the research and manufacture of a number of specific gas sensors such as sensors using nano thin-films, SnO2 nanowires, using MEMS technology to develop the multi-sensor system turn on-chip, optimize power consumption, reduce the size, then develop technology to integrate them into manufacturing multi-sensor gas systems. We will also develop both hardware and software so we can advance to the final product, the complete gauge.
